Return and Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Exceptions:
- Print-on-Demand (POD) items are not eligible for returns unless the item is defective or incorrect due to a processing error.
- Digital products (e.g., eBooks, subscriptions) are non-refundable once delivered.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please:
- Email support@glassonionglobal.com with your order number, item details, and reason for the return.
- Ship the item to the return address provided by our support team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of errors or defects.
Refunds
- Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@glassonionglobal.com with photos of the issue and your order details.
- We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Additional Information
- Bulk Orders: Returns for bulk orders processed via BiblioDispatch or the Shopify app will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Custom Orders: Custom-designed items (e.g., legacy books, memorial books) are non-refundable unless defective.
- International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs, and duties for international orders.
