BiblioMax Projects Electronic Signature Acknowledgment and Printing Rights Transfer Agreement

By electronically signing this document, you, the Author/Publisher, agree to the following terms regarding the transfer of printing rights to Integrated Books International, Inc.. via BiblioMax Projects (BiblioDispatch and BiblioGarden), a division of Glass Onion Global, LLC.

1. Grant of Printing Rights

You, as the Author/Publisher, grant BiblioMax Projects the exclusive right to coordinate printing for the title(s) listed below solely through Integrated Books International, Inc.. This transfer prevents account duplication and ensures smooth fulfillment and distribution.

2. Retention of Copyright and Rights

You retain full ownership, copyright, and rights to print through any other service provider without restriction.

3. Exclusivity of Printing with Integrated Books International, Inc.

The printing rights are exclusive to Integrated Books International, Inc. for the listed title(s) when using BiblioMax Projects. No other printing services will be used through Books International without prior notice.

4. Duration and Rescission

This agreement remains in effect until written notice is given. A 30-day transition period will follow, during which all outstanding orders will be fulfilled, and accounts reconciled.

5. Rescinding the Rights

To rescind this agreement, written notice must be sent to all parties (Author/Publisher, BiblioMax Projects, and Books International). The rescission will take effect after 30 days, ensuring all titles are transferred and orders are completed.

6. Consent to Electronic Transactions

By electronically signing this document, you consent to conduct this transaction digitally, and agree that this electronic signature is as valid and legally binding as a handwritten signature.

7. Access to Signed Documents

Upon signing, you will receive a copy of this agreement, and it will be securely stored by BiblioMax Projects for future reference.
