Summary Terms and Conditions
By purchasing and utilizing the e-commerce installation services provided by Glass Onion Global, LLC (“Provider”), you (“User”) agree to the following key terms and conditions. Please review the full terms Here.
Service Overview:
- Provider will deliver and install a standardized e-commerce platform for authors, publishers, or organizations.
- Customization is limited to pre-approved themes, branding, and color options.
- Users are responsible for providing all text content and managing their inventory uploads unless additional services are contracted.
Fees and Payment:
- An upfront setup fee of $[amount] is required.
- Optional additional services, such as inventory uploading, are available for a separate fee.
Intellectual Property:
- Users retain ownership of their content (e.g., text, images, inventory data).
- The platform code and any proprietary tools remain the exclusive property of Provider.
Limitations of Liability:
Provider is not liable for any loss of data, service interruptions, or user errors in inventory management.
Support and Maintenance:
Basic support for installation is included; ongoing support and maintenance require a separate agreement.
Termination:
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms provided in the full agreement.
